Router Works, but customer service isn't great.

I purchased this router and it came with minimal documentation. You would need to be an experienced network admin to easily get this set up. They offered to help me set it up when I was going to purchase it, but that never happened. Also, when I email them with troubleshooting questions, they take a long time to respond. Up to 24 hours for a response is a long time, especially when their answers are very short. I tried calling their support phone line and no one ever picked up. It really takes a lot of trial and error attempts to get this going.
